I posted a new topic on this. The way players celebrate etc it is clear that there is transmission within clubs. So one player risks many players. Our players should minimise internal transmission risk.
BillyG91 5,512
Cunts will fucking spin this as hard as possible so they can postpone the game. No way it should happen but this is Scotland and they get whatever they ask for. Will be surprised if this goes ahead. Actually fucking despise that club. Scummiest animals alive. Goianegra 4,682
Would be slightly hypocritical of the "standard bearers" to jeopardise the league even more than it already has been, no? 🤔

Sweetheart 8,458
I doubt this game will go ahead. Quote Metro Scotland ‘to bring in two-week circuit breaker on Friday at 7pm’ By Elisa Menendez ------------------- A ‘circuit breaker’ lockdown is reportedly set to come into force in Scotland by the end of this week. Medics are understood to have been told to prepare for a two-week lockdown from Friday, following a sharp increase in coronavirus cases. It comes after First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said further restrictions could be announced in the next few days to ‘get the virus back under control’. She said yesterday that officials had not yet decided on what those measures could be, but added: ‘Given the numbers we’re seeing… it is possible that we will have to do more’. But an NHS source told The Sun they have been told a ‘stay at home’ order will come into force across Scotland this week, adding: ‘We’ve been told to expect it from 7pm on Friday.’ The Scottish Cabinet is meeting today to discuss enforcing ‘short, sharp shock’ restrictions to try and reverse the trend of the virus. National Clinical Director Jason Leitch said a fortnight of people staying at home could push the course of transmission back by 28 days and buy the NHS more time to prepare for winter. He told the BBC: ‘Not full lockdown like 23 March – so you might make some choices in there about schools or about further education – but fundamentally a short, sharp shock to the R number.’ ‘You get the R number down, you get the numbers down to a reasonable level and then you can bring to reintroduce some of the things that you’ve closed,’ he added. Scotland recorded 697 new cases on Monday, with the number of hospital cases rising by eight to 218. There were no new deaths. Meanwhile, the latest Office for National Statistics (ONS) data revealed the number of weekly coronavirus deaths in England and Wales has risen for the third week. A total of 215 fatalities registered in the week ending September 25 mentioned Covid-19 on the death certificate – up from 139 deaths in the week to September 18, increased from 99 deaths in the week to September 11, and 78 deaths in the week to September 4. Boris Johnson is facing a Tory rebellion over his ‘rule of six’ and the widely criticised 10pm pub curfew. Ministers say children should not be included in the rule of six, while many have argued that the curfew is not based on evidence but is further damaging the hospitality industry. https://metro.co.uk/2020/10/06/scotland-to-bring-in-two-week-circuit-breaker-on-friday-at-7pm-13378009/

If he returned after 7 he would need to do the remaining 3 days in isolation here as it is 10 days for a positive case, I think he could go back to training on the Friday It'll be game day before he's allowed to travel. Unless am mistaken
Prso's headband 35,459
The furore around this game not being played is amazing. Footballers get tested like 3 times a week. All it takes is 2 negative tests in a row and Edouard will be allowed back into the country and playing as football is in its own bubble. He’ll start, no doubt about it

Nk89 1,289
Other 5 or 6 celtic players will conveniently test "positive" in the next 10 days Leaving them no option but to postpone it

quabba 440
Killie asked for the game to be put back. SPFL refused. Killie had to forfeit the game. Same rules should apply in the league
Tamb 126
Not a fan of international football, at this time it's ludicrous that players are travelling all over the world, meeting up with others from various countries. The only football that should be played is domestic games, scrap internationals and uefa comps until it's safe.
Prso's headband 35,459
It’s these bastards that have caused this from the outset. If there had been no bending over backwards to suit these cunts the game would’ve been played weeks ago. Instead it’s changed to after the international break where 20+ players between the two squads are travelling around the world with different people and different players from across the world as well. These cunts desperate to get fans in the game deserve all they get, they have created this problem. Play it.
Fergie_6 1,078
Too many cunts being paranoid here, the games no getting postponed for eduard or by wee nic, the cunt will know doubt be playing on the day.
