Very ironic

I don't think there necesarily needs to be further restrictions. The cap and wind tunnel time will start to come into effect over the next 18 months.

It could just be track specific but AM, Ferrari and Mercedes have all seemed to be getting closer to RB in Spain and Canada.

Red Bull will already have less wind tunnel time because of being champions and their penalty for going over the cap which will give the rest, especially AM plenty of chance to catch up.

It's very tedious just now but over the next year or two we'll see an open championship. Red Bull have been very fortunate to have someone will Adrian Newey who seems to smash these rule changes every time.

Finally starting to see the some effects of the budget cap and the wind tunnel distribution. Two of the last 3 races the rest seem closer to Max (within 10/15 seconds over a race) hopefully that gets a bit closer as the season goes on and into next year.

As for third (or second depending on what Perez turns up) can be battled between 4 teams and potentially Alpine depending on how good further upgrades are.

Must be the most one sided season in recent memory. Absolutely no competition for Max. Sky commentary getting all excited as Hamilton got pole only for Max to overtake before turn 1 and the race was done after a few laps. At least during the Hamilton dominated years you had Rosberg, Vettel, Bottas having the odd go, this is just boring now.
