Also, worth bearing in mind that 3 of those away wins came after they’d beat us at Ibrox and virtually won the league, Euro and Relegation places all but sealed so not much more than end of season kick abouts.

The worry is if Gio tells the players they aren't good enough for the champions league, and we need players worth telephone numbers, then a lot of them will believe him ... very far from good management

Well if you wanna use that then one of the draws was a pointless kickabout, so thats 4 draws, and 2 of them ive explained above 

The united away result (which was better than our last trip to tannadice) was absolutely down to the ref, we fucking battered them that day

County away again we battered them, had umpteen chances to go 4-2 up and mcgregor sells the equaliser in injury time 

Hell even the tarriers away 2nd time, we play them off the park without a proper striker and if sakala scores that 1v1 we beat them no bother

Feel if he wants to stay in the job hes got to go to the board and tell them to get rid of Wilson , and say he doesnt need a DOF. Surely he has ideas regarding players of his own.

Save to say, the board has a decision to make. It looks pretty obvious that Gio & Wilson are at odds. One, if not both, has to go. It can't continue like this. January transfer window should already be in the works after the mess we made this summer.

Problem is his use of the players available to him and his tactics. Zonal marking,  Mclaughlin as goalie, Sands as centre back when we have King (young but better), new contracts for Davis, Arfield and McGregor and a midfield that lacks drive since he usually plays 2 holding players away from home. Fairly long list although Wilson should be the first to be shown the door for the number of poor signings over 3 transfer windows.

As a young CH, Sands is vulnerable to making mistakes but to say he lacks pace or aggression is far off the mark.
