Is Roofe on the bench?

Think Sunday answered the question we’ve all be asking for some weeks as to why he’s not getting more game time.

He's on the bench.

Thing is we didn't play to Roofe strengths at all on Sunday. Kept lumping the ball forward and expecting him to do what morelos does.

Be more of the same tonight with Sakala up top, unless gio has changed system.

I think it’s a pretty sensible team for an away leg in the advanced stages of Europe. Tight in midfield, and pace up front. That’s how we hurt them in the away leg last time.

Be good if lightning could strike twice…

QUARTER-FINAL April 3: Rangers 0 Sporting Lisbon 0 April 10: Sporting Lisbon 0 Rangers 2 Rangers looked in real danger after a scoreless first leg, but they defied expectations again by winning in style in Portugal. Darcheville shot them ahead on the hour mark in Lisbon, before Steven Whittaker's solo strike in stoppage time put the seal on victory.

Times have changed, but a Walter 0-0 would do us tonight. And do them in the second leg.

Cheers mate.

Yes, you’ve nailed that.

Think we’d be better passing through the lines and getting Fashion & Kent away on the wrong side of their defence.

Although getting players like these away in the right areas seems to have been hard work for us lately.

Like Bassey freeing Kent for the cross & goal on Sunday, then we never really tried it again!

Definitely 3-5-2 with Arfield at the front of a midfield three.

Arfield there to chase second ball and Kent cutbacks imo.

If true then it could work but we'll see

Part of me thinks its just going to be the same as Sunday
