But we are kind of in the Gus Caesar argument here. Sure, relative to 99% of people who have ever kicked a football he's not but against other players to have pulled on the Rangers jersey he does seem to have a brittleness in him for someone of his unquestionable talent. There are loads of sports people who have strived to reach the highest level but simply don’t have the mental strength to back up their technical ability. British tennis players spring to mind.
