If Motherwell score first we can forget it if we play like we did in that first half. 

You’re right but equally you’d expect Rangers players to have enough about them to show leadership on the park and try to win a game of football. Outlandish concepts like trying to beat a man, moving off the ball to give options, running in behind, playing in triangles and forward passing. You don’t need to be a manager or an expert but there is clearly a cloud over our club. We are leaking leadership on and off the park.

Yes but if you keep playing all the players underperforming you are undermining your authority at the club as the players will think it’s perfectly acceptable to play that way as the manager will just pick them again.

Obviously you can’t drop everyone but those worst performers need to be dropped, repeat offenders need to be dropped.

Look at the start of this half, no subs, so the 11 that started are doing fine in Gio’s eyes so so you think they’ll suddenly start playing with urgency and fire or just keep doing the same as the first half?
