Very good player but knowing the family, he won't sign for us and nor do we want him if he has any doubts.

Ah! Like that is, it. Didn't know his background. Pity, he has been quite impressive when I have watched him play.

Good player. A lot of decent Scottish midfielders in the league just now.

Would take any one from him, Cameron, Watson, Miller or Barron to replace Jack. Preferably Barron.

McGowan played well against us when we won 3-1 and was probably the best player in the recent draw, think he’s a bit older than the other 4 you listed who have all looked good at different times this season.

Would be interesting to see where Bailey Rice is viewed in house as to what these lads have done this season.

Refuse to believe anyone at clubs like Dundee would knock back the chance to jump from about 1k a week to 10k a week.

Get guys like McBurnie, who's already earned a fortune refusing to sign for the tims, but I think wee guys up here, a chance to earn the biggest payday of their lives, would jump at it.

No that I'm arguing for signing him, he's a good wee player but nowhere near the standard required here.

Should be going for Watson, Miller and Barron as backup to Diomande, Sterling and Cantwell. Midfield sorted and no surprises.

Scotland seems to excel at producing midfielders and fullbacks at the moment. And fuck all else.

Nah that would be a bit mental.

Why not? Wouldn't cost that much, Barron being a free especially, we know what we are getting, they can perform in the league, young, good for European registration, plenty room to develop under a good manager. Just go for it.

Because realistically there's only a pathway to the first team for one and they would block each others development.

Would be more than okay with me alongside a brand new front 3.

Sterling has played about 5 games as a CM for us and it isn't even his own favoured position.

Cantwell is flakey as hell.

Diomande looks very promising and I like him but he needs to play with far more control to his game than he does at the moment. We need a calm head who can pass a ball and dictate tempo next to him.

We cannot go into next season with the three of them being our starting trio.
