This is about a manager having better players than the likes of Kilmarnock or Hearts and not being able to set them up. About a guy who has no tactical idea how to attack and doesn't understand how to set a team up. He's come up against, and failed against the likes of Steven Naismith so it's hardly up against a tactical genius. If the board issues were fixed tomorrow this wouldn't change a manager being so inept. He has to go.
