Games away at Parkhead are tough and we have zero fans there, so you can’t press high and treat it like a normal game. We need to learn to sit in and absorb pressure and then be decisive on counter attacks. Time and time again we can’t defend, we overcommit going forwards and leave ourselves exposed to their counter (which is what they’re good at, it’s why Kyogo starts over Idah for them against us). The 4-2-3-1 doesn’t work in these games. Clement needs to learn to fucking adapt, we’d be far better off with a 3-5-2 or a 4-1-4-1 in these games. The lineup was fine, the execution wasn’t. We’re fucking rotten doesn’t matter who we start with. Fact is the managers spent millions to bring him in so he’s got to fucking play him in the biggest game of the season so far. Turns out he had a stinking match, if Balogun had started it would have been the same outcome and we’d all be going off out nut that propper was left on the bench. Stop acting like a fanny cause you somehow think Propper being poor proves you to be right 🤣 kanjo and J-Maestro 1

Our defence isn't good enough to absorb pressure tbh. Also to play a counter attacking game we would need pace up front, which barring Matondo we don't. And whilst he has pace, he doesn't have much else. Arrowtown Pie and Hadron Collider

The execution hasn't been fine for years using this exact setup. Maybe it's time we look at the setup and stop expecting to play in the same way and the result be different. It was clearly obvious before the game Tav and Jefte at fullback were going to be a disaster, if we didn't have anyone else to play there we should have set up in a way that didn't leave 2 poor defensive players exposed. I had a read back at the post you accused of being “happy clapping” and clearly you’ve no idea what that actually is. Happy Clapping would be sitting here this afternoon saying “oh what a good bunch of lads, they lost but they tried their best. We just need to accept that they’re better than us, second is still alright. Oh aye and I fancy John Bennett.” I can assure you that no cunt is doing that. We can't defend and we have so many physically weak players it's painful. 5 3 2 would be a good sit in and counter but we don't have the pace or skill in Attack to do anything. Probably still thinking about preseason camp where the majority of the players said he's the "funniest" in the squad They're not fucking wrong there!
