The findings of Hearts/PT arbitration case should be made public. Rule 26 1(e) should be applicable for public disclosure of the decision. Lord Clark said that he recognised the public interest and would have heard their case at the COS if it wasn't for the fact he was legally obliged to refer it to arbitration in line with the SPFL articles, which Hearts and PT had signed up to.

I think the SPFL/SFA rules need to be challenged by ALL clubs, so that they can challenge the maladministration relating to the SPFL company through the courts and not through arbitration, Scottish football is being run for one club/company/shareholder. The status quo needs to change.

Keeping it how it is threatens future investment and potential new shareholders to ANY club in Scotland bar one, as they cannot challenge maladministration of the body they are members/shareholders of through the courts. No investor will want to keep throwing money at a team when they have no chance of winning silverware because of SPFL/SFA 'mistakes' and maladministration.

Arbitration(Scotland) Act 2010 Schedule 1
“Rule 26 Confidentiality D
26(1)Disclosure by the tribunal, any arbitrator or a party of confidential information relating to the arbitration is to be actionable as a breach of an obligation of confidence unless the disclosure—
(a)is authorised, expressly or impliedly, by the parties (or can reasonably be considered as having been so authorised),

(b)is required by the tribunal or is otherwise made to assist or enable the tribunal to conduct the arbitration,

(c)is required—

(i)in order to comply with any enactment or rule of law,

(ii)for the proper performance of the discloser’s public functions, or

(iii)in order to enable any public body or office-holder to perform public functions properly,

(d)can reasonably be considered as being needed to protect a party’s lawful interests,

(e)is in the public interest,

(f)is necessary in the interests of justice, or

(g)is made in circumstances in which the discloser would have absolute privilege had the disclosed information been defamatory.

(2)The tribunal and the parties must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised disclosure of confidential information by any third party involved in the conduct of the arbitration.

(3)The tribunal must, at the outset of the arbitration, inform the parties of the obligations which this rule imposes on them.

(4)“Confidential information”, in relation to an arbitration, means any information relating to—

(a)the dispute,

(b)the arbitral proceedings,

(c)the award, or

(d)any civil proceedings relating to the arbitration in respect of which an order has been granted under section 15 of this Act,

which is not, and has never been, in the public domain.”

It appears we are not the only fans who question the random fixture lists...

Replying to @smithy1893 and @DundeeFC

Further, isn't it an amazing coincidence that Hertz somehow, magically, incredibly get all 3 of last season's 2nd, 3th and 4th placed teams at home twice? Incredible. Nobody saw that

Just noticed this on the BBC Scotland Football page:

Aberdeen striker Sam Cosgrove faces being out until December with a knee problem.

The 23-year-old sustained the injury during the Scottish Premiership side's friendly draw with Hibernian and faces up to four months on the sidelines.

Cosgrove - who turned down a £2m move to French second-tier club Guingamp this summer - scored 23 times last term and has 44 in 87 games for the club.

Aberdeen start their top-flight campaign against Rangers on Saturday.

Karma on that one

Would love it if McInnes got sacked this season and the sheep were fighting at bottom of the league

Should have been relegated in 2000, but for league restructure.

Ah, sporting integrity.

The Hamilton full back should have stuck a leg out that a to stop the cross.

So many goals have come from crosses. Annoying but they rarely drop points to the bottom feeders of the league. We have to make sure we do the same this season as we won't get any favours from anyone else.

I swear I these sides are a far more compact against us 🤷🏼‍♂️
