Danilo will be staying.  Not sure how popular a view this is, but as far as CF is concerned, I'd rather we spent what we can afford on one good CF rather than a couple of prospects and had Danilo and Dessers as the alternates.  Obviously Roofe goes.
Wide right is a massive problem, hence Sterling playing there a lot.  Matondo and Wright need to go and not really sure McAusland is ever going to make it, but would probably keep.  Basically we need two players for wide right.
On the left, if we could keep Sima and add Cortes we would be sorted.
In midfield, Lundstram, Jack and Lawrence all need to go.  Sterling and Diomande are keepers and if Cantwell and Clement can make up. I'd keep him too.  Raskin? - sell if there's a half decent option.  I reckon we'd still need a DM and an attack minded (box to box, rather than no 10), then.
Then there's the defence - for all the talk about Dessers, injuries to wide players, etc, the reason we lost the league is that our defence turned into one of the worst in the league in the run in.  The whole starting back line needs replaced.  Jefte already in, but we need to get rid of Goldson, Davies, Tav and Balogun (sorry, but he's too old), get three in and keep Soutter as a back up.  I'd rather see Sterling in midfield, but he could be Tav's replacement, I suppose.
I'd prefer to keep Butland, but obviously he'll be sold if a big enough offer comes in.

Dessers with 22 goals, including a superb one in Europe is worth nothing?  We should be looking to sell him at a profit.
 
 
 

The manager will get backed. Players have been signed on big money over the last few seasons. What needs to be better is the quality of player. And I never thought it would be like this cause we've never really experienced it, but the culture of the club needs to be completely shifted to something else. In modern football there will always be players who in the grand scheme of things, don't really care, but it seems at us just now that's the majority and you're only going to win the odd cup with that. Manchester United are the same at the moment. 

Sort out the medical department!!! Number 1 priority for me. We can't afford to go through yet another season with 5 or 6 of our first choice lineup out at any given time.

We were by a distance but the tarriers ended up with 30 against v our 32
After 27 games we had conceded 13 goals - less than 0.5 per game
In the final 11 games we conceded 19 goals - over 1.7 per game - the equivalent of shipping 66 goals across the season and worse only than Livingston
Defensively we went from best in the league (by a distance) to one of the worst over the last 12 weeks
The biggest issue is our lack of a coherent press and our shape off the ball. We don't close down quickly because we lack pace and strength in midfield and attack

Dessers tries to close, he isn't the fastest but at least he puts the effort in
The tic-toc twins Cantwell and and Silva are too busy dreaming up dance routines, McAusland tries but lacks strength, Lawrence is slower than me and I'm almost 60
The two sitting mids always seem to run back to 15/20 yards inside our half when we're out of possession (Lundstram is often deeper than the CBs)
So from midfield to forwards there is no plan, too many not engaging anyone and too many unable, rather than unwilling, to tackle.
In the early days of Clement the press was a huge part of our game with Sima, Danilo and Cortes all effective and Sterling utilised in the press too
At this point our defence played in the last 10m of our half or at the half way line and squeezed the game
Injuries haven't helped but the reality is that our defence now sits too deep, and teams can get to us at will
Proper defence involves the whole team and we have less than half a team that can carry it out sadly

We took 1 point out of 12 against the tarriers, 4 point from 9 against the sheep, that's where the problems lie. We have a squad of serial bottlers.

That train station crowd probably is more well organised than our midfield.

The reason they get top dollar for their players is because they don't hoard them, they do 2/3 years tops and away they go, this is what I was talking about the other day, we should've sold Morelos in 2020, Borna in 2021 and Kent after the Europa Final in 2022, but we constantly hold onto players to long until their value completely disintegrates, we become stale, they become stale, and then we need to generate funds from elswhere to reinvigorate the squad.

Walter would go with his 4-1-4-1 and probably get that, maybe better if one of their defenders got himself sent off
If Sima makes it, Lundstram in front of the defence and a mid 4 of Sima, Diomande, Sterling and Lawrence would actually be quite strong

I think Cantwell, Diomande, Danilo, Ridvan and Cortes (if fit and bought) all offer something. 
Wouldn't actually be that bothered about keeping Dessers as one option out of 3 at CF, unless a decent offer comes in.
Realistically,  we aren't going to replace the whole team
