Dread to think were we would be if not for Colak, his overall play has been much better recently (Ajax aside) and hes banging in goals domestically.
Don't know what more people want from a number 9.

Because its a market you would expect them to have knowledge in & be able to shop around in, Im not for one minute meaning the whole squad should be dutch but the fact we haven't even explored that market is baffling IMO.

Don’t care how hot headed he is or his fitness/form is, him having a Christmas tree up in November should see him never wear our shirt again.

It suggests he has absolutely no input in signings, as literally every foreign manager we’ve had previously has signed at least 2 or 3 guys from markets they come from or have worked in (Advocaat - Netherlands, Le Guen - France, Caixinha - Mexico & Portugal). Even Warburton and Gerrard signed plenty of English guys, because that’s the market they knew well.
The fact Gio hasn’t signed a single Dutch player would hint that his “collective decision” comment is bollocks, and that Wilson is the one who does everything.

    Whats the points for this?
I would imagine Aberdeen will hand alot back. However unless you are racking up the points then My Gers is a waste. Will likely cancel it after this season. 40 quid to get a small chance of Hampden

Long diagonal from kick off, 9 times out of 10 giving the ball back to the opposition or out for a throw in rather than trying to play does my nut in.

Fact of the matter is that the longer the club waits to sack the manager and his staff, the less likely it is we have any sort of success this season
Once it goes beyond 4 points it’s done and that could happen this weekend because he’ll still be in the dugout
They’ll effectively secure the league at Ibrox in January at this rate

Gio has regressed us to the point where I give up on this season.
Internal promotion to the end of the season for the B team boss would do me. Even the return of Murty would raise a cheer.

Ridvan over extended blocking a cross, actually done well to block it but immediately held his hamstring after it, as bad as our injury list is I don't think much can be done with that one.
Davies god knows if hes injured or not seems to have quite a few niggles after and during games.

Just seems to not give up, runs at defence, loses possession, next ball played at him, runs at defence, loses possession, next ball played at him, traps it out the air, beats 3 men twice and charges at the goal like a fucking maniac, its really hard not to like him.

To be fair to the assistant ref he got them both correct. Gave offside for first one and not for second one so exactly what VAR confirmed. So if no VAR we would have got exactly the same outcome for these two decisions.

Out direct rivals have made improvements while we have sold our best players and replaced them with a midget and a loan that seems like he can't be fucked most the time, Davis, Arfield & Mcgregor staying and now starting most games shows the absolute mismanagement of this squad by the club.
Lets not pretend they aren't culpable when they evidently are.

24 weak pathetic lousy attempts at goal, 3 shots on target with one of them being a goal and 80% possession which consisted of passing sideways losing possession via kent, more sideways passing, struggling to shoot with bags of space and more sideways and backwards passing, those stats don't tell the real story and that we where lucky not to got 2-0 down in that first half.
Something needs to change ASAP because our defense has no pace, no strength and loses their marker quite easy (look at the corner kick situation), ffs is tav a midfielder or a defender because for a defender every time a ball is played down his flank by the other team he's somewhere else leaving bags of space for cunts to cross the ball in, the midfield is slow, gets overrun so easy and like the defenders leaving gaps all over the shop for the other teams players finding vasts amount of space.
if we get anything from the sheep game it will be a miracle going by the way we're playing currently.

Would I be genuinely shocked if the sheep took points off us on Saturday? honesty at this moment in time no, without Goldson and Tavernier and Lundstram undroppable despite carrying injuries and Kent flattering to deceive weekly it wouldn't shock me, particularly when you add how toxic the atmosphere is when things aren't going to plan but I think this is the type of fixture we need too.

I'd rather play them and give the players a chance to galvanise the crowd than play a Livingston/Motherwell/St Johnstone where they'll come in and be completely rigid, I think the big game feel will suit us and I think we'll beat them.

I completely get why others don't feel as confident though.

    So everything is rosy?
Our level of performance means it’s only a matter of time, as we saw against Livingston. Surprised so many struggling to come to terms with that.
Two different ways to drop points
Perform well, control the game get caught by a very good goal, shit refereeing decision or just bad luck.
Play terribly, lack creativity, no real desire, and score a last minute goal to avoid defeat.
There is a sustained crash in the performance levels, it’s not a one-off unlucky result.

How is it unfair ? We have looked woeful for a couple months now barely getting by papering over the cracks, if Dundee had managed to get a goal last Wednesday we probably would have went out, Livingston should have won comfortably on Saturday because we are that bad.
Sick of hearing about the gulf in finances and quality to the CL when its the same disparity in the league if not worse between us and the other 10 sides outwith them.
The performances have been shambolic all season apart from PSV away, even USG at home Gio's hand was forced because of the 1st leg. Dropping points at an alarming rate but lets carry on because only Dundee United have beat us outside of a few skelpings from them.

We might not be able to compete against the teams of the CL but whats the excuse for Saturday ? Or even last Wednesday ? Domestic fodder coming to Ibrox and basically bossing the game, Dundee and Livi a step too far as well ?
