I think you can see if someone has ‘it’ to be a Rangers player fairly quickly, bar a few exceptional turnarounds.

The ref changed the game today. Card happy idiot with zero consistency. We need professional refs. It's all well and good bringing VAR in but we all know our refs are schoolteachers, accountants and managers who aren't fit enough to keep up with play.
Ref wasn't sighted in the Lundstram tackle. He couldn't keep up and literally guessed how hard the tackle was (which he didn't actually see) to save face. 
Invest in professional refs.

I wasn't specifically referring to last night's game.  My point still stands.  Pointless spending big bucks on players not to use them.  Matondo should have been on instead of Wright last night.

When we play these diddy teams that park the bus, when (if) we get to 2-0 then they come out a little bit more and they inevitably tire in the last quarter both things mean that there's more space for a player like Wright.

I don’t understand how he allowed 5 subs then had the water break as soon as the players were on rather than just have the break while the subs were being made.

I really don’t think Sands is the answer there. The sooner Davies gets a run of games the better. For me Sands looks like he’s got a good few mistakes in him every game, he looks uncomfortable at CB. 

Watching that is was Borna who went away to linesman who had the better view. Good on him.

Another bizarre example of a (non) decision that will be overturned in the same fixture later in the season through VAR. Equally, Alfie’s is offside for his goal so it would have been ruled out

It's been an issue way before tonight but absolutely nobody in the team is playing forward, quick, risky passes. If there isn't 10 yards of space and a guaranteed successful pass then it's not being made and that's no use. We are constantly passing around the back, out wide and lumping a ball into the box. Absolutely terrified of playing a ball forward into the centre and that's coming straight from Gio.
Slow, boring, useless passes that is getting the ball absolutely nowhere. We will lose the ball more but I'd rather lose the ball with a chance of creating something, than losing the ball because we're just knocking it around until someone eventually makes a mistake with it. 

I think the option to sit off them really is the one that grinds me the most 
2 of their 3 centre backs were at Pompey and Accrington Stanley, put them under a bit of pressure and the ball goes 60 yards into the air or out for a throw in and we get possession again but we just let them sweep it about under no pressure
