I could watch Silva smile all day long. Terrific skills and I can't help but think there is more to come.
Cortés finish today was sublime. Kent skies that chance over the bar. Take up the option in the summer.
The January window between both clubs could be the difference in the end.

What I really like about Cortez is that he doesn’t over complicate things. Does the simple things well and nothing flashy (although he did fluff a pass into the box today by trying the old  ‘look one way kick the ball in the opposite direction’).
It’s early days, but him (and Diomande) appear to be an upgrade on what we’ve had. 
 

3 goals in 9 games (4 starts) for Silva
2 goals in 5 games (3 starts) for Diomande
1 goal and 2 assists in 6 games (3 starts) for Cortes
Good start from all of them 

With his form since Clement’s come in I’m not sure bringing in someone better without spending big money is as easy a task as folk seem to think it will be.
He’s scoring some very good goals consistently - the first yesterday was another peach.

Leagues done, need to focus on Dublin now 

Absolutely invaluable player to have considering the volume & intensity of the games we have left this season. 

Be good if we can secure Silva on another loan for next season too, though Cortes and Diomande have managed to hit the ground running.

The gaffer will ease him in and restrict his minutes just like we've been doing with Jack and Lawrence
If we can get 10 games out of Roofe between now and the end of the season that would be great given he's the best striker at the football club

Was unreal how quick it went up. I know it normally does but flights were sitting at £56 for Faro-Edinburgh. Immediately after the draw I went to book & by the time I got through and put details in they wanted £256 
So we’re now.. 
Weds   Glasgow - Belfast - Faro
Fri        Faro - Stansted - Edinburgh 
£312 all in for the two of us. 

They got a double Derby the week before we play, Lisbon/Porto both away, Thursday and Sunday. They won't be resting any players. 

Sometimes I think we’re better suited to a game every 3 days or so as the focus and intensity is constant.  
 
Hence a bit of a worry for tomorrow on my part.
 

I usually love the Europa League, but I'm honestly finding it hard to care about anything other than the domestic league after the position we've got ourselves into.
