Thanks. That makes complete sense. So when they lose that first case, they might expect a sunami of claimants to come forward, (over and above those who already have). Maybe then, their accounts will be ringfenced until all compensation awarded is paid.
Hopefully that nails them to the floor in a business sense, unable to develop their squad any further or attract the standard of pleayers they need.

Cleaned the thread up and Sket is now having a breather for a while

A very long time since I started a post folks but really think this deserves one, not sure how to post the YouTube link but he has released an update today to say he is taking an extended break or finishing the channel all together as he is going through some issues at the moment.
He has been one of the unsung hero's of the "fan media" movement for me and all without wanting the acclaim, he has been there through it all with us in our rise back to the top and I personally love his content and his cheesey patter will be badly missed.
