Arrowtown Pie reacted to Badger in The Penalty Given Against Goldson
It isn't up for debate.
The rule most definitely is though.
As said earlier, too many penalties are given for handball for things that don't - anywhere near - deserve penalties. Goldsons incident was one of them today.

I don't agree. This manager signed 11 of our squad - 9 of these only a matter of weeks ago. They have no loyalty to anyone else apart from him.
I think you're crediting average footballers with an awful lot of intelligence?

If he keeps winning he may become more successful with us. If he doesn't, as is more likely, he won't.
Most will enjoy Thursday's win that certainly mattered, you can just drown in your negativity 👍

Aye it must be horrible taking over a treble winning squad and spending £20 odd million to manage a club in the SPFL.

Arrowtown Pie reacted to bluenoz in The Michael Beale Thread.
If people expect nine players to gel immediately, they are delusional. I've said all along this takes time.
Do I think Beale is the answer? I sway towards yes.
He lost an Old Firm game to a disallowed goal. Reverse that decision, and after a Feyenoord loss, Rodgers is in a similar position.
Win the next three games, and fickle supporters will be back on board.
When I see suggestions like Warnock, Martindale & McInness, I know some fans don't have a clue.
I'm not convinced by Beale's backroom staff, but I'm one of the few who still believe in Beale, the coach.
Beating Betis the way we did tells me the players are behind the manager.

Thank fuck some cunt said it. I absolutely hate it when McCoist is commentating on our games.
Everybody's best pal...

If some people on here think Ryan Kent is the most of our problems, they're sadly mistaken.
He does have the talent, he's playing under a manager he likes and in a role he probably prefers. Imo he didn't particularly like the previous management team/tactics. It does happen.

Arrowtown Pie reacted to Big Al 55 in Current players for the off imo.
So far this season Alfie has took the utter pish out of every single one of us 👍

Arrowtown Pie reacted to BlueKnight87 in ****The official Rangers v the tarriers thread****
Always a danger of being caught on the break. However I think we would have been more likely to win this one if we kept them up the pitch.
We were getting joy against that backline especially with Sakala getting the better of juranovic. There pace counts for nothing if they can't get out.
By dropping back and making the subs we did, we invited them on playing into their hands.

You’d certainly never think that he’d spent £50m on that team

Arrowtown Pie reacted to .Williamson. in Gio Discussion Thread
Michael Stewart having a rough time of it there.
John Hartson and Stephen Craigan are also exceptionally bad.
Hartson is arguably the least knowledgeable pundit in the world and Craigan is so fucking boring I can’t take anything in that he says.

Even if the cunt loses a leg he’ll still be back before Roofe and souttar.

Arrowtown Pie reacted to Valance1690 in Tillman
20 year old with very little first team football fucked out wide right, away to the tarriers, that's on the manager.
McLaughlin, Tav, Goldson, Davis, Lundstrum, Kamara, Kent....that's where the focus should be

Arrowtown Pie reacted to Bristoe1872 in them
For me the turning point this season was the unscheduled break which unsurprisingly benefited seperate entity more than any other club. We were flying at the time and they were in turmoil. Of course no one on the "media" will acknowledge that. Gerrard's timing was also shocking but for me it turned with that enforced break, which stopped our momentum and greatly helped Savco.

Arrowtown Pie reacted to Colin Traive in celtic Face 25 actions regarding Historic Abuse
Nobody will touch David Goodwillie with a barge pole and any club that tries is the spawn of Satan. Goodwillie has never been found guilty but had to pay in civil court action.
The scum are officially answerable for a minimum of 22 child abuse cases although the actual figure, excluding those already dead, is closer to 300, yet life goes on as if nothing has happened.
This country makes me ashamed sometimes.

Arrowtown Pie reacted to Copland bear in celtic Face 25 actions regarding Historic Abuse
Our board should cancel the game in Australia stating we can't be involved with celtic with their current state due to impending court case dilemmas.

This is a bit sad but Wim Jansen has dementia. After all me and my family are gooing through with my gran, I would not wish this on anyone regardless of what team they are connected to.

Sutton works for the fucking daily record. Are we forgetting that those cunts detest us.
Lennon is to be accepted after calling us orange bastards.
Some folk need a fucking reality check.

Arrowtown Pie got a reaction from J-Maestro in Breakaway European Super League
In a way I hope it happens tbh.
I'd quite like the idea that some of these ' big' clubs could suffer points penalties, have relegation from the EPL and that their fans would desert them in droves.
Find the idea of Man United playing in the Championship in front of 15k at Old Trafford quite appealing.
