You can criticise the players , and some certainly deserve it , but the biggest fault was the way we set up tonite .

Well, well, well.  We effectively surrendered from the kick off by just sitting back.  It’s quite an incredible decision by Gio.

Business model needed improved and we've just sold a sub for a club record fee. Whilst disappointing to lose someone like him, it's a reality that very good players like him will be sold when England comes a calling, whether he is at us or across the city.  We need to continue this trend and make money from our players when they are moved on, whilst keeping a nucleus of a squad together.

With regards to rule changes, one that has to go is the teams being able to get on the radio to the race director during the race, especially when you have one as incompetent as Masi. No way should Toto be allowed to tell the RD not to bring out a safety car, or Horner allowed to tell him to get the lapped cars out the way after he had already said he wasn’t going to, or to pressure him for one lap. All depends if the top dogs at f1 want it to be a sport or a Netflix show however…
I think Russell will be big upgrade, Perez showed how important a good team mate is and Bottas simply hasn’t been able to help one bit.
