When you think of all the players - may of whom were Rangers - down the years not to even have a sniff of the Scotland set-up, makes you realize just how far we've fallen as a footballing nation when utter mince such as him are given a team Cap.

Remember his appearance as well, totally shambolic. Proved exactly why he ended up with the one, and he was fucking lucky to get that.

Rangers treated me very well and after the trial the manager spoke to me and told me they would be waiting for me once I got back.

I felt I did very well. I played in a match and scored three goals and we won 5-0.

My agent has told me about the interest from both Sparta and Dukla Prague, so there should be something soon.

I have a year left with Skonto but everyone knows about their financial situation being not the best.

I want to play abroad to improve my game and I am waiting on Rangers coming back to me to see if they want me.

I think if we were genuinely interested we would have been in touch with him by now, unless he's a back up option if we don't get a main target.

In terms of depth, we lack a out and out striker.

Despite forrester coming in, and potential OH and Toumi, we have also lost oduwa and Walsh from the 1st team pool meaning we still lack in terms of our bench or if we get injuries.

A striker is a must, Clark is no where near clinical enough for championship let alone spfl
