Can the board explain why no lessons appear to have been learned and there again, was no succession plan with regards the manager position & as a result, we have spent over 60 days in 2017 without a manager? For the second successive season, the players with the biggest outlay (transfer fees and/or wages) have failed to deliver on the pitch spending more time in the stands. Can the board outline the steps they are implementing to ensure we are seeing these players adding value to the club? Can the board update shareholders as to the position of the litigation against former Directors regarding the entering of the retail partnership with Sports Direct? Now that the retail deal has been normalised, can the board outline projected revenue over the next three years related to this operation? So much so that some the stalls regularly run out of pies before half time has started. The questions I asked would give clarity for ALL shareholders, from there shareholders can make the decision as to whether this board are fulfilling their duty to them and vote them back in or oust them out. As for my last question I believe this is important i believe the club1872 shares should be held by someone independent of the club. Club 1872 are also entitled to representation on the board they should not let their share holding be diluted and lose this entitlement. I'd also add a question for AJ and another for Mr King Mr Johnson can you elaborate as to what the systemic and institutional failings at Rangers are? Mr King How much of the company do you plan to swap in debt for equity and is this in the best interest of ALL share holders. the short term investment comes from loans to the value of 20m will the mid and long term investments take the clubs debts to 30m then 50m in a debt for equity swap?
