I don’t think that’s it. It seems clear he just doesn’t have ball control or finishing ability. Sure he has scored goals for us in the past but that’s more down to the dominance of our team than his individual ability.

He will get that 1 goal at some point but it won’t change the fundamental lack of skill he misses.

I get what you’re trying to say but it’s a bit off

He does have abilities and attributes and lots of them

Unfortunately he’s seriously lacking in composure and technical ability and when you don’t have those things it’s very hard to mask a dip in form and confidence

Reading loads about Morelos on here.

Yes he missed an absolute sitter.

Yes he's lacking confidence.

However, his link up play was outstanding when he came on.

Imagine how good we will be when he starts scoring again

When's that going to be.  Missing sitters now.

Betty, you know sweet fuck all about fitba, Alfie passing tonight was 100 % which isn't bad for a guy with no ability. Away back to your kitchen, your man wants, nae, demands a cup of tea.

I didn’t criticise his passing. It was good tonight from the little we saw. You can also add work rate, commitment, offering himself up, strength and several more things as his positives. I just think his finishing and general control sucks plums. I thought it while he was scoring for fun because he was also fluffing chances at the same time if you remember.

Anyway, off to make that cuppa before I get a hiding.

I thought that was as sharp and impactive as he's looked in ages re his link up play. Can't ignore the sitter, but that aside I was actually very impressed with his cameo tonight.
