CVA accepted by HMRC on basis of best return for Treasuryonly then are we on to:4. newco buys out business/assets from AdministratorDo you know how much the actual tax bill is that we're disputed? ClintonGrey 365
HMRC have withdrawn application. ScottBF2 3,540
so we go in to adminfor how long?A month..... more....Whatever we then come out....Then this fn TAX CASE rears its head and lets say we losewhat thenHow does this work?Heid spinningIn all honesty, as long as something happens before the end of March it doesn't matter..People seem to think that we'll switch companies from The Rangers Football Club ltd, and jump over to The Rangers FC group or something similar. We'd still be The Rangers, it's similar to what Celtic did with their Celtic Football and Athletic Club in '94 IIRC.
