Then, after he'd been dropped for no apparent reason, his form in the odd adhoc game here and there has been poor. Worrall has had plenty opportunity now and isn't cutting it. Can clearly play as demonstrated in several games, but has also shown theres mistakes in him and he's not reliable. He's erratic. After last night Gerrard simply can't play Worrall etc the weekend. If he does it shows there's no consequences for failing so miserably. He just can't go down that route. He’s only ever on it for the big games though. MacAuley was a stop gap for this season. Katic couldn’t handle being rotated when he was on form and is like a beaten dog now. McCrorie will be best at CDM for at least five years. I’d be looking in the European markets for a first choice, quality partner for Goldson in the summer. Chopping and changing the back line hasn't helped us at all You need a set partnership IMO to challange for a league. Only changing when absoulelty needed. Katic and Goldson worked as they got a run to develop and complemented each other. The other 3 all have mistakes in them but the one I would play the least is Worrall. He has this smug thing about him where he actually thinks he good. Can't wait until he leaves.
