It’s incredible how many loose balls or cleared headers just fall to their midfielders in their stride or into space for them to run onto.

It is the low block philosophy, midfield drop back to just off the 18 yard line so lose balls drop to their players. No midfield to battle or counter attack, just lump it up to the isolated forward player who is facing 2 defenders. What septic have done is get a player to hit the bye line then a cut back and the defense is all at sea. Dundee united are poor at any control of the ball and the low block Philosophy that has been drilled in to then is stopping then having any effect on the game.

We have better midfielders who can pass and control the ball but we need to get someone to hit the bye line and cut back the ball instead of crosses from 25 yards out as that plays stright in to the low block. We can go to the dump and do them as septics defense is not that  good at defending but looks good going forward.

Some on here said they made great signings and would finish third.

🤣 i may have been one of them. Think i said DU and Aberdeen would be challenging Hearts for third.

This is why i don't gamble anymore 🤣

Since their unbeaten run started. We've lost twice to the scum and can remember quite a few draws v Ross County, Sheep, Motherwell twice, Hearts

What the fuck are you on about? You’ve ranted about how they will never lose when we don’t either. Now you’re on to draws?

Hes not interfering with play. He only becomes active in the 2nd phase. They're using the rules to their advantage.

Guy that sticks the ball in the net is “not interfering with play”

Fucking heard it all now.

If that’s Colak or Morelos, he’s offside and you know it.

That’s the thing though, took one of the hardest teams to beat in the league and on paper strengthened their squad and they are putting out this shite.

If you are a Dundee Utd fan it’s unforgiveable what he’s done to them.

He scored an offside goal that counted last week…

A recurring theme. Not convinced that suspending the offside rule for scum games is the SFA’s finest hour.

And this is why 4-0 yesterday looks like a job half done. There were more goals there for us but we’re not aggressive enough to drive home superiority.

It's the draws that have done the damage recently. Ridiculous draws at Ross County etc. Games we should have won with ease.

How hard is it for people to understand the offside rule?

He's 100% onside.

Funny you mention Colak, who scored a clear offside goal vs St Johnstone.

Folk need to stop making things up to suit their narrative. Whether you like it or not, he was onside as the ball wasn’t going anywhere near him, even if he was in an “offside position”. The fact he ultimately scored means fuck all as he was onside when it came to him.

This is exactly the same argument they were using when Morelos scored his perfectly legal goal against Killie.
