Scottish academies have produced some decent talents recently but they are out the league before properly establishing themselves in the league 2 - lack of and poor use of finances. This is why the Sky deal is so disastrous for the Scottish game. We are now miles behind teams from comparably sized leagues / countries in terms of revenue never mind looking at England / Germany / Spain / Italy.
