Watching the scenes and celebrations at the end though and couldn’t shake the feeling of what if from last year all over again 

Was the same watching last weeks final. Slowly realising that I will probably not be able to just sit and enjoy one of these European final for a while because of it .

Disgraceful behaviour from some tonight  but unfortunately not that uncommon in football. The majority are good guys who follow year after year with no trophies. 
Probably not the better team tonight but who gives a fuck because they won.

Aye I wasn’t aware really just remember he played with them in old pictures, enjoy if you had been going to see them this year. I’ll take a British club winning something almost all the time in European finals.

I’m old enough to remember him playing for them and it wasn’t that often. He probably played 95 % of his career elsewhere so hardly a die hard bheast.

He’s been a decent, if unspectacular, manager in England so I hope he enjoys his big night. He’s done pretty well at West Ham and deserves something to show for it.
