how are you still here?

Most of his posts have been made in the nappy rippers thread and next manager suggestions and Syndey super cup and the other posts are about how Rangers need 4 transfer windows to catch Celtic :confused: Cunt needs to go and read about Celtics own court case first before signing up to a rivals forum and pointing fingers.

How can Rangers be in anyway fined for this anyway? We pulled out as a lot of clubs do with friendlys and mini tournaments and they got another team to come in and take our place.

Are they that really butthurt that the Famous Glasgow Rangers where not playing in it  Sad bastards

Because we have broken a contract.

We aren't being fined, it's for damages relating to breach of contract.

It's a bit different from cancelling a friendly too or pulling out of a normal mini tournament. The tournament in Australia is/was government backed and is arranged through a third party. The whole deal was us v them. That is the product. If they couldn't get both of us they would have gone a different route.

The fact this board has agreed to the contract without any sort of agreement that we can leave at any time is why the board should have resigned. Who are the people signing off on some of these deals it's fucking mental.

So we’ve went from being £4.5m up by playing the friendly to £1.6m down🤨

The tarriers are/will be at least £6.1m better off than us due to this fuck up.

There is zero chance we are winning any court case that’s not against some Mexican alcoholic, we apparently have the worst lawyers in the UK combined with the fact we all know deep down we only pulled out due to backlash nothing to do with breach of contract, if we can all see it so will the Judge.

It should never have been organised in the first place but I’m starting to think once it has been signed we should’ve just bit the bullet and went anyway, £6m plus worse off is a big deal to a club in our position.

It just seems to be fuck up after fuck from our board at the minute, I don’t blame Bisgrove for trying to increase our revenue he’s probably the only one on the board doing a decent job.

But Stewart Robertson undoubtedly needs to go because his management of the club is not up to standard.

Is that actually how much we were offered for it? £4.5 million?

Bisgrove said at the time it was worth more than the prize money for winning the league. You get around £3 million for a league win so sounds about right. Dunno if that figure included extras like ticket/merch sales over there.

This is one area where the board should be automatically consulting with Marshall to hear the main stakeholders,  prior to signing up for anything. Would not be in this mess if they actually listened to the fans, sorry customers, firstly

He's there as a box ticking exercise, he doesn't have any input into anything.

I get that, but for the board to fuck this up so much, it should be much more than a box ticking exercise.

Plus what are our NEDs doing our governance is fucking shocking
