To me Team needs gutted, Beale needs to to be ruthless. Players I’d keep, Mclaughlan, McRorie, Goldson, Davies, Souttar, King, Mayo, Devine, Rivdvan, Lundstrum, Lawrence, Sands, Lowry, McCann,Tillman,Hagi,  Matondo, Sakala, Colak.

 I’d release all out of contract players so McGregor, Davis, Arfield, Jack, Helander. Is there others, can’t remembered!

Sell Kamara, Borna, Tav, Roofe,Wright,  Kent, Morelos for whatever we can get, which for most won’t be much admittedly, and re-invest that with whatever transfer budget we get from board.

 

Use those funds to get an attacking pacey midfielder and new striker, a new winger and possibly new Rb. Don’t think we need a new keeper tbh. 
 

First team would look like, 

McLaughlan, 

New RB, Goldson, Davies, Ridvan,

Lundstrum, New AM, Lawrence

Tillman, New RW

Colak(or new Striker)

I’m sure lots will disagree but would be happy with that with young players to supplement that team when needed rather than older players. Said before Club and management need to be ruthless at times, in freshening team, keeping it competitive and just taking no nonsense.

He’s what 31 now, obviously still does a good Job, but just think we should be looking for a younger RB and if we can get a fee for him then move on. Goldson is a similar player age/contract wise, but think we need him more at moment, but would probably be looking to move on the following season for a younger CH. Tav and Goodson have been with club a long time now and we’ve only won 2 top trophies in their time here. It may seem harsh, but I see them as the old guard that need to moved on.
