Massive week coming up. If we can get a win here and qualify and win on Sunday the season will look 10000000x better than it did at Kilmarnock on the opening day. Out attacking play and link up play looked like it was clicking better against county. Think the players understanding has improved these last couple games and starting to 'gel' a bit more. Hopefully we can keep improving game by game. Think we will get the win Wednesday night.

In no small part down to roofe being involved, his positional awareness is outstanding.

Although they played some nice stuff first leg their threat up front didn’t seem to amount to much so keep it tight at the back try to nick the early goal and the pressure will be on them, hopefully do it in the 90 minutes, do not want extra time.

If we go through I think we have a better chance of competing than last year.

We’ll be pot 3 and there is every chance of being in a group containing Feyenoord and Antwerp if the latter qualifies.

Nam type flashbacks thinking of the deep lasting emotional trauma they two legs caused when we last met them

Nervous about this one already, even this early we are looking at a potential season defining week. We either crash and burn or come out of the week flying.

Huge level of expectation among the PSV fans which may well transform itself into pressure on their players. They will probably be even more gung ho than last week at home, will almost certainly leave space at the back that we can hopefully exploit, as I said before the home leg, the call up to the Euro squad of Matondo may well turn out to be an inspired move. The nerves come kick off time are going to be spectacular.

This would address the issues we had last week when Tav and Borna went forward, gives you an extra man in midfield and allows Lundstram to drop back into defence to cover any breakaway.  Matondo can use his pace and we have the option of reverting to 4-3-3 with Danilo and Lammers off the bench.

Would love us to win it in the 90 to avoid tired legs for Sunday but really will take any result that gets us into the CL.

Butland

Tav Goldson Souttar Barisic

Raskin Lundstram Dowell

Cantwell

Dessers Danilo

PSV are going to go all out attack on us.

We'll get opportunities at the back. I didn't think there defence looked that great at ibrox and can be got at.

I think manager will set us up to try and catch them with pace on the counter so expecting Sima and Matondo to start.

Shut that wee pathetic tramp bastard Veerman up Rangers

Couldn't agree more.  Just seen his comments that we apparently kicked the ball into the stand all night.  What game was he playing in?  And this was the wee cunt that done all the whinging last year when we beat them.  Guess he'll never learn.

Do cards/suspensions get wiped going into the groups?  If so, when we're winning and near the end of the game - someone end this fucker and then casually kick the ball into the stands :craphead:
