Our defence isn't good enough to absorb pressure tbh. Also to play a counter attacking game we would need pace up front, which barring Matondo we don't. The execution hasn't been fine for years using this exact setup. Maybe it's time we look at the setup and stop expecting to play in the same way and the result be different. It was clearly obvious before the game Tav and Jefte at fullback were going to be a disaster, if we didn't have anyone else to play there we should have set up in a way that didn't leave 2 poor defensive players exposed. We can't defend and we have so many physically weak players it's painful. 5 3 2 would be a good sit in and counter but we don't have the pace or skill in Attack to do anything.
