ayro 3,513
Solid win, could have had a few more and some good performances from Jefte, Barron and Dessers. Bajrani was decent, great ball for the 3rd goal, would like to see him in the 10 with. Cortes out wide left. Negative was the defence switched off a few times, Sterling was pish and Diomande not much better.
siamthedanger 2,913
Just back from the game, a good win but still playing far too slow at getting the ball forward. Jefte was excellent, Cerne was awful. Wasn’t digging the stadium announcer, where’s the usual boy?

Number5 2,287
Never saw the 2nd half. But that first 25mins..... not looking too much into quality, but just aggression and tempo, was exactly where we need to be as a minimum. Enjoyed that first quarter more than anything so far this season. Last 15mins of the 1st half dropped off and not too sure about 2nd half? If we get that level of press, aggression etc going forward then we'll be a far better side.

Planning on moving away in December and it was playing in my mind that I wanted to take him before we go so thought beyond this there may not be another “safe” game to get him to Ben10, Essandoh, Blue Skies and 4 others

No arguing he was poor today coming back off illness, I think we should hold off for a wee while before declaring him a right off We seem to have a very negative support nowadays. Always desperate to have someone to have a go at and it seems Cerny is the choice this week. Like you say I thought he looked good in his first few games and I'd be reluctant to write him off after an average performance. I reckon he'll be fine after he gets to grips with our game. SeparateEntityMyArse 55,333
Some really good play today, and some good individual performances. But also sloppiness and underperformances we need to get rid of. Dessers scored two but my lips are licking at what Igamane is going to bring us. 3 and comfortable against an awful Dundee team who got chances they shouldn't have. Shoots of positivity but not expecting much from Thursdsy tbh.

Misses a lot of crosses in the air? Bajrami interesting. Doesn’t look at all athletic but good vision. Not a winger tho. Cerny poor/predictable. Balance of midfield not right with Sterling. Like him but we’re never going to play fast flowing football without some better ball players. Totally agree with your analysis. Like you I am very unconvinced with Propper. I know it is early days and players need time to bed in to clubs but he looks to be very poor in basics of defending; positioning, awareness, being prepared to attack the ball and even getting close to opponents. Cerny looks just like a predictable one dimensional inverted winger who slows attacks down and sadly I think Cortes will just turn out to be a younger quicker version who can be closed down easily and blocked by tight defences.Sterling is a defensive player primarily. Early days yet but I think by January a lot of people are going to be calling for us to sign a centre half. Think Souttar and Propper as a pairing will be exposed in games against better opposition.
