We’ve not only reached the end of Gerrard’s resurgence of getting us back to the top of Scottish football but, without even considering the European run, Gio has returned the Scottish Cup after 13 long years.
There’s a whole lot of story before them both that’s been done to the death, and in that I’m so happy knowing we’re finally beyond it, but now normal service resumes.
Rangers are finally back at a grander scale, arguably bigger than when the great Walter Smith left the helm given the journey to Sevilla.
No cunt talks about “where we’ve been” anymore. Look forward, not back.
We return to the status quo of ‘win fucking everything’. Our traditional expectations are now definitively on a domestic treble next year and the Club fails every single one of us should it not demand a last 8 of the Europa League as a bare minimum from here on.

Not going to lie i have tears in my eyes after today, wed still hurts badly but by fuck today was the Rangers we all know and love
Absolutely fucking fantastic today, they deserved a trophy and no matter what opinion i have of any of these players, giving us a euro final and a scottish cup and a league title in the space of 12 months is just simply amazing,

I honestly think if we had a fit Morelos we win the League, Europa and the SC.

He only faced the tarriers once this season, and we are a better team all round when he plays.
European final and SC makes it a success but it could have been so much more.

Thing is they're probably not that much more organized than the UBs.
The difference is the German clubs actually appreciate and support their fans and their media probably does the same..The fact they smuggled in some pyro will be seen as some harmless mischief.
Whereas in Scotland the media look for any little pathetic reason to condemn the entire Rangers support, I was going to say football fans but its 90% Rangers that they target.
Football culture is embraced in other countries with some exceptions of course, some fans are seen as a nuisance, the casuals and hooligans are just wankers i wouldn't call real fans, most other countries understand that. But in Scotland its seen as a blight on society and we'd be better off without it without realizing part of the reason things aren't worse is because people have football as an outlet.

When we were in Stuttgart in 09 I was at the game and ended mistakenly in a Stuttgart supporters club before the game and we got such a warm welcome that we went back there after the game and were sharing drinks and stories with the Germans and the closest thing to trouble was one guy who came up saying they should have won and that was it.

I was at Osasuna too and the trouble was caused by the polis, I drank in a pub with Rangers fans and Osasuna fans till about 4 in the morning and it was great. 
Night and say compared to Scotland and no need to be bitter. Usually if a team knocks us out if their fans have been good at Ibrox and away I end up hoping they go on to win it.
We are hated by most in Scotland and respected by most fans in the rest of the world.

Haven’t posted about the trip to Seville as was too gutted tbh.
Tuesday travel with Ryanair from Manchester was fine, had a great night out in Faro, class place.
Wednesday was full of nerves as using a private taxi firm which was a fucking disaster but that’s a whole different story.
The weather was unbearable in Seville, horrible heat, got into the stadium reasonably well, facilities inside were a disgrace made significantly worse by over zealous security.
Whilst the high feeling of Aribos goal will stay with me as positive memory, unfortunately the negative of Ramsey pen miss and their last one going in will sadly overshadow for a wee bit.
The travel back on Thursday with Jet2 and a load of families to Manchester was quiet and just led to thoughts of what could have been.
Overall, proud as fuck of the players for their exploits in Europe to make us a dream and while ‘what if’ will always be there, in time I will look back on all the home games and 4 trips away as a fantastic campaign.

Maybe not but I'd like to think we would have made a similar statement about them had we won.

Don't be so negative.  They had no need to make any comment at all.   A foreign club recognises another worthy opponent and you find fault??
