It's a good story. He knuckled down and got there. He's become a better player, so he deserves a lot of credit. He's now reliable, disciplined in his role and comptent. He well won me over and have no qualms whether he starts or comes off the bench, he'll do the job.
It gives me comfort that he has remained with us. He brings a smile to my face when he plays. He brings continuity in tradition. He gets it.

His CV reads like somebody who could be considered in that regard - Over 300 appearances, 3 SPFL titles, 3 League Cups, 2 Scottish Cups and the lower league titles 
Obviously there is the caveat that a lot of fans grew frustrated with McCoist’s favouritsm to him in the lower leagues when he clearly wasn’t the player that he was previously but on the flip side of that if we were the outsiders looking in at another club who had gone through what we did and were being run like we were but they still had a boyhood fan who stuck with them when basically all his team mates fucked off and attempted to Captain them back to where they were previously then most people would look at positively or label it heroic or legendary.
I don’t think I would consider him a legend but I’m just putting it out there for discussion.

Bar tonights goal, Candeias is hard working but rarely has a goal threat, Kent is becoming a bit of a sandancer for me with not a great deal of end product and Arfield doesn't contribute anywhere near enough the way Rogic or that fucking teuchter, buck toothed prick or Sinclair or nae neck, etc. has for them. 
Their defence has been shite this season too yet we concede far more than them, something needs addressed.
