Holds the ball well, makes space, reads the game well, shows no signs of being pressurised, does not try to do anything too fancy, and was winding up and taking the piss out their defence too at corners. Pity is that too many of our players made it hard for him by not making themselves available for a pass. He isn't the type opf player to just hoof it anywhere. Always wants to find a team mate with the ball but when your team mates are strolling around with their heads in the clouds the job becomes more difficult. Good player though and will do well for us. Looks like a good investment. Yeah , he's looking good . I suspect he's ' stolen ' what I suspect the management thought would be Steve Davis's place in the team , and deservedly so . Wish he'd cut out the rummaging at corners , as you just know there is some ambiguous free kick coming up as soon as the corner is taken when there is a bit of jostling beforehand .
