We had Whyte last year, there was information out in the media that he was a crook no one believed it..

Everyone said it was alot of shite.

Green was involved with Whyte he tells us all that Whyte had nothing to do with sevco 5088 now we find out that Green made him (Whyte) a director of sevco 0588 May 2012.

And Green also told us he has never had any business dealings with Whyte and he had only met him to get his shares,

And people are still saying it's alot of shite.

Where is anything which shows White was a director fold 5088 in May 2012?

But just think back to what they were all saying about Whyte and what we were all saying on here.

The problem was that they weren't saying anything. We have investigative journalists who don't find anything but imply lots.

It isn't good enough to think something may not be right, and then say people should have listened when it isn't backed up.

That was the big problem with the CW stories, it was all insinuation, but with no accusations or evidence.

Some sort of paperwork was lodged on friday there, which has clearly yet to be verified because the companies house register has not changed.

If he had been appointed a director on that date then it would be in writing somewhere other than that one scanned piece of paper that is online.

The directorship is usually backdated to the date on the form.

It doesnt matter that the form was filed later than 15 days late. That does not really matter, threat of a little fine is the punishment, but not usually applied.
