Why did Birmingham recall Stewart from Kilmarnock to then immediately loan him out to Aberdeen? I’m assuming it’s just because Aberdeen have agreed to pay a bigger percentage of his wages?

It does stink a bit that.

 

You agreed a contract for loan - fair enough recalling him to play for your club, or too sell - but essentially recalling him because he has done pretty well and somebody is willing to pay more.

Legally nothing wrong with it, but it does seem underhand.
