Actually coming away from that game tonight slightly disappointed we didnt get the 3 points and at half time i would have bitten your hand off for that......steven gerrard has a huge job on his hands. We Will Follow Rangers 12,940 Posted May 8, 2018 Share Posted May 8, 2018 We've an issue with self belief and confidence, we shrink back into our Shell when teams take the lead, esp v the tarriers and tonight against the sheep, we've started brightly and played some lovely football in the lead up to Alfreds chance, they've scored and we suddenly cant string a pass together, better second half but lacked any real quality, our second issue. I dont know if its a case of these players not having the necessary mental strength to play for Rangers or if a better manager who can instill confidence can make a difference, we're poorer than the sum of our parts, we've seen these players play much better so clearly its not just about quality, we need a proper leader on the pitch who has enough quality to play his own game and lead on the pitch as well.
