Hope the guy proves me wrong but a bit concerned by his input to be honest. Good tracking back at times but need more from a Rangers winger imo. He was pretty decent in our last game but tonight he was fucking horrific, he started to play a bit better just before he got subbed but the only thing of note he produced was one driven shot over the crossbar. We seem to be able to work the ball into a good area then either shite it and lose possession or try something fancy with the other players not being on the same page. SkylineBlue 23,559 Posted August 23, 2018 Share Posted August 23, 2018 He'll be much more effective with Barasic or Wallace at LB because they're natural left footers who will run the overlap and can put a ball in first time with their left peg or drive into the box. There was loads of room for that tonight but it just isn't Flannigans game. If that was Barasic or Wallace we'd have been in their box an awful lot more than we were. Or we could just play him on the right as he has no left foot at all. I can't see him going on to ever play for a club anywhere near as big as Rangers.
