But start block by block so any blocks they can’t sell, we get. It's the sensible approach mate. However being Scottish football the sensible approach will go out the window. Jack The Flipper 5,936
That's ok by me, but fine them severely if they don't sell at least 45% of the tickets.
Malkster 4,917
1 hour ago, LochendBilly said: No surprise there but what chance of selling them? No fucking chance! "Chief executive Duncan Fraser expects Aberdeen to get 50% of the tickets for the League Cup semi-final against Rangers on 28 October. Aberdeen face Rangers at 12:00 GMT before Hearts take on celtic at 19:45. The scheduling of both semi-finals at Hampden on the same day has caused controversy, with the Dons and Hearts concerned about travel arrangements for their supporters. "Our expectation would be a 50-50 allocation to start with," said Fraser. "Historically, many years ago a group of Aberdeen supporters fought with the Scottish FA to ensure that Aberdeen received a 50-50 allocation." Aberdeen is around 150 miles from Glasgow and the first train between the two cities on 28 October arrives 14 minutes after the first semi-final is scheduled to kick off." train you say! Cedrick 8,048
Their season ticket holders will be allowed to buy 3 or 4 each then like the debacle at the hibs cup final , I’m not giving a fuck what they say or what they think is fair, no club with 10 to 12k season ticket holders should be entitled to 25 thousand tickets Fred H Crawford

Scum and sheep fans get on well these days too. Wouldn't be surprised to hear of scum fans in their end too. dougie76

Ibroxholm 2,280
If your being fair to both clubs, it would be a 50/50 split of tickets. If your being fair to the fans (by definition, those who regularly attend games) then it should be split in proportion to the average home gates, therefore we should get more. If the authorities decide that the criterion is to be fair to the clubs so be it, but I can do without the MSM making out that this is somehow fair to the fans.
