Mark Hateley  looked a donkey for ages as did McCoist I will keep my powder dry hoping he heads along that route, some slip seamlessly into the groove others take a bit of time but some are shite from day one until forever.

Wasn't Hately in the same boat as Grezda when he first signed? Sure he'd either had ankle surgery or was struggling with an ankle injury. But aye, it can take a while to get back to full fitness. I know from experience, it takes you quite a while to get full confidence back coming from an injury like that....especially wingers who do a lot of twists.

He's said himself he can only get better. Hopefully so!

He didn't play well yesterday but needs time to settle and adjust to life in Scotland. It's a faster game with the opposition getting in your face, will probably be the later part of the season before we see what he can contribute.

Would hope he is up to speed by December as we have a few important games . We are just too predictable just now and over elaborate in midfield. But no additions until January (possibly) so hopefully he can produce some magic.

Hope he finally starts getting a chance and goes on to shut the doubters up.

Moving to a country far away with a different culture is not always easy, so some foreign players will take longer than others to settle. Then you have his injury problems he has had and is still recovering from.

Give him a chance.

And has come to Rangers at a time when after 4 months of football we still don't have a settled side so maybe a wee bit of patience is required.

Patience is key, too many of our fans demand instant success and in the position we find ourselves in makes the situation more desperate for the fans.

All i am trying to explain is that we should give the guy a chance to do his job.

Don't share your optimism (where does it come from? ) but hope you're right because we need decent options just now.

There's no way he's as poor a player as he was at the weekend.

He's coming back from injury and lay off, 1st start, horrendous weather conditions, low team confidence etc.

I think he'll come through the other side and be an asset later on this season. Gut feeling.
