I've spent countless years despising any company who sponsors them knowing their despicable history, and just when it looks like they're about to soon be brought to account for their revolting actions here we are legitimizing them, and not only that actually playing 2nd fiddle to them, I'm caught in a quandary here, if this abomination of a tourney goes ahead would I be doing the right thing in also hating my own club or do I knowingly become a hypocrite and continue my support of the club I have loved for more than 60yrs, some may say I'm being melodramatic and OTT, but it's genuinely how upset I am at the moment with my club and I hate this feeling.

I'm pretty sure there'll have been some negotiations between the clubs and the organisers.  There's no way this has been organised behind the scenes and for us to agree to take part and put at risk all our business stature building-work because of a poxy friendly tournament. An Australian tour would be completely fine if we weren’t playing them. Teams and fans of clubs in Europe won’t give a fuck about some mid season friendlies while the World Cup is going on so Australia makes sense… playing the taigs doesn’t.
