Not last season in the groups they weren’t.

I get that he gets the blame but the players were fucking rotten for the majority of the season domestically.

The manager carries the can.

if we lose league this season do we get rid of all the players who are rotten or do we fit rid of manager?

Feel like we are now playing with a man down tomorrow.

Don’t mean this as a criticism of Colak but he really doesn’t get involved in the match out with sticking the ball in the net. Away from home where we are likely to have less possession we could really be doing with playing a striker who holds up the ball and links up with midfield/wide men.

We all love Alfie but it’s really unfair on the fans and his teammates how often he’s fucked us over.

I thought Colak did a power of work against psv last week and it’s hard to link up with guys who are playing just in front of our defence.

Gios negative tactics are a bigger problem than who we play up front.

If Morelos was so unfit/out of shape/ overweight/ attitude problem then why was he subbed on against Hibs for Colak, when we also had Tillman and Sakala on bench?

Maybe they've been trying to get him fit and game time would help that? Maybe they believe he's so talented he's worth giving extra leeway to. And then he gets sent off on Saturday and that's the final straw for the management.

Best way to get fit is playing games and getting sent off for thrown an arm when down to 10 men then walking off the pitch laughing is probably the straw that broke the camels back with his attitude

He can’t play games if not selected or subbed on.

how many bounce games have we played in past month to get guys like yilmaz, Davies, Morelos etc fit?

So he’s not unfit or overweight, the sending off is the reason?

No idea, tempo in a bounce game will be nowhere near what it is in a league game

"Alfredo is very positive about a new contract. We are doing our very best to get a new deal agreed with Morelos and we hope to have that sorted out in the coming weeks," the Rangers boss told Sky Sports News.

He's sharper and sharper. We're monitoring his development over the next couple of weeks. When he's fit, he is one option for me. Up front as well we all know his qualities. I'd rather have him back. He has been working very hard."

“It is his first minutes for Rangers after five months,"

“If you think about it, it is a really long time and almost half a year.  It was good to have him in the squad. You can see what he brings, not only to the squad but also the way the fans treated him when he came on.

“That is also what you have when he plays and he is always capable of scoring goals. For him, I think these first minutes of the season and after five months was very important and I am sure he will only get stronger with each game that he is going to be involved in.”

Correct. Or brought on Tillman. Or brought on Sakala.

Yet Gio brought on an overweight, unfit Morelos.

Odd.

It's not that odd at all

He came on against Kilmarnock and got a goal despite clearly being absolutely fucked after about 10 minutes of coming on as a sub.

He wasn't fit enough to start against Hibs, he maybe still wasn't fit enough to come on, but Gio obviously thought he might be able to steal a goal since he just did it the other week.

And clearly the reason he's been left out of PSV is mainly because of attitude/behind the scenes stuff since then.

People implying this is a Gio conspiracy and he's made this up are fucking weird tbh. Same people who have refused to ever criticise Morelos no matter how badly he's played or how much of a mess his needless red cards have put us in previously.
