Glad tbf, he’s not showed up in any of the big games recently. We need younger legs in the middle of the pitch, giving him a 3-4 year extension with no resale value on a million a year or so, is madness. We either change the system into one we've not tried, or change the personnel. Diamonde can be one of the 2 central players we play but who else? Sterling would work but we'd need to play Barisic left back and he's leaving too this summer. Or Lawrence who is a man down. Or Raskin who the manager rates less than Lawrence. Jack is injured until the euros, and fuck knows where Rice is at.
