He's done a very good job there and it's more likely than not that if he leaves that they will be weaker next season. A bit of disruption over there is definitely not a bad thing. But I'm really excited about what we're doing this summer. A new frontline is going to absolutely revolutionise us and imo Beale has done a great job recently with the absolute dire options he's had to use. League table since Beale came in has us top. A few months ago I think I would have been a lot happier if he left, but now I'm not too bothered either way.
