Without going and watching them back I actually think Beale had someone on McGregor nullifying him in all the games last season.

Think I heard something on one of the podcasts about him wanting celtic to have the ball in certain areas of the pitch to then set pressing ‘traps’ where we’d overturn it.

I suppose it worked for Roofe’s ‘goal’.

Don’t see the need to dwell too much on Beale, Clement’s looking like a definite upgrade, but the margins were fine - I do think to extent he was unlucky in and amongst being his own worst enemy.

The other 3 games are Ross C (H) and Hibs and the sheep away

I'd be very surprised in they didn't try to get games postponed.

If we beat Hearts in the cup they'll have played 2 games more than us before the break which gives them breathing space for postponements

November/December we have Livi, Sheep, Hearts, Hibs, Motherwell and paedos away. IF we manage to keep close distance, 2nd half of the season will be harder for them. In Feb/March they have basically the same tough schedule.

Japans first game is 12 days after their game vs St Mirren, those 3 will be available for that game.

We all knew it but Beale didn't. Kilmarnock done the exact same the week before the old firm and knocked them out the cup. The following week he ran the show against us.
