Hes still a good keeper, unfortunately.

Agreed. A good signing for them. Not as good as he was a few years ago but a similar level to Hart in that sense. I’d imagine he’ll be on decent wages too.

Hopefully they reinvest poorly but I’m very glad if he leaves

The money will be squirreled away in the unforeseen contingencies fund, anyway, they don't have to invest as it stands, they see the shambles we are in and have decided not to really bother splashing the cash.

14 goals and assists in the last 11 league games of the season, wish some of our players could hit those numbers at the business end of the season when they're out of form

He'll be a massive loss for them

When all they have to do is bring in someone better than our player, such as Scott Wright, and that can take on our injury bed ridden defence, they can sadly get away with trying the cheap options. Their fans might not like it, but they've operated that way for a while and they have the money to turn stuff around in January where and if needed.

They’ve got the necessary level of quality in key areas of the park.

Don’t think he would replicate it again though, which I suppose is why they’re selling now.

Something we need to learn,

Just seen on Twitter that they’re 3-1 up in the first half against a Manchester City team featuring Grealish and Haaland. I don’t think they’ll lose a lot of sleep if O’Riley moves on.

Aye, that Kuhn looked good. Saw the goals on twitter.

Hate to bring up friendlies but shows the difference when are beating Man City reserves and we lose to Man Utd reserves. Fcking scunnered for this season already

Nothing we didn’t know already.

Their back four is bang average. Worse than ours.

Their midfield especially and attack is night and day better than ours.

Hope O’Riley goes.

Then there’s a bit of hope where an injury or two in the middle could give us a chance 😂.

And Hatate and McGregor are becoming a bit injury prone.

There is no hope on this earth that their back 4 is worse than ours
