My only fear is they use Gio as the scapegoat to appease the general sheep like majority and get away with continuing their own shitshow. 

The ones that shouldn't be ignoring it are the key holders. And they should know it ain't just Gio that's the issue. But then when one of the issues is their son its difficult to start at the very top.
