We only have ourselves to blame.  Finally got ourselves sorted, won the league and then fell asleep at the wheel thinking "mission accomplished". Then when we finally sold players for good value this summer, our resulting spending was farcical. We don't need to match them for spending, but what we have spent, was ridiculous.

The difference in recruitment is brutal. They consistently add players that go into their 11 and make them stronger.

We are consistently adding squad players that can't make our 11.

We have to change the way we recruit. That means changes in scouting and getting that fraud Wilson out the door.

It's worse actually. They had a decent team that always came up short. Currently both teams are fucking dreadful.

I don’t think they’re as dreadful as we want to pretend they are, to be honest. They’re sweeping away the same calibre of team that we did in the 9IAR era but they’re winning more trophies than we did.

They're certainly better than us at least but that’s not saying much.

He's doing an excellent job though according to the board at AGM, we are rotten to the core mate. They also punt players 12-18m after signing them if they're not staying long term or aren't good enough, ours see out their contracts. It's an absolute shambles.

Errors made by the current hierarchy have cost us at least a decade of trying to get back to where we belong.

Start at the very top and work your way down.

Nothing will change until there's a clearout at board room level, and even then it would need to be with serious money behind it

I still can't belive the board think he's doing a good job. Yes he's sold a few players for profit. But how many duds has he signed.

Unfortunately he's another example of why this current board aren't fit for purpose.

The board should have had a roasting at last year's AGM, instead, we have clowns asking about parking at the Albion. One decent question challenging Wilson was it.

Doesn't need serious money behind it. Needs proper management. Currently Park Jr, Robertson, Dickson, Blair and Wilson are miles from that. For all his grief Bisgrove is the only one in there who does a job that is around whats required for us.

Sick of hearing they aren’t great trotted out again. A team who have one defeat in a year, a double last year and probably a treble this year. Aye no that great, we’re back to desperately clinging onto another team in this jobber league beating them because we can’t

Cunts just won’t wake up. We need ripped apart from top to bottom but as long as we pick up the odd trophy and play some form of European football everything will be fine, nothing to see here

+1. Being delusional about how good they can be  doesn’t help us one bit.

Tbf no cunt wants our players bar lowball offers

Everyone knows this current crop are serial losers, we got lucky with bassey and aribo, but the likes of Kent etc, absolutely no chance we were getting decent wedge for them at any point due to their consistent collapses and shitebag performances against the diddies in the cups

Kent was in the EL team of the year last season, not signing an extension, we couldn't have punted him as well last summer?

I've always felt the AGM are controlled so don't ever expect them to get the roasting they deserve.

Reality is they have overseen a period where the scum have dominated.

That's going to stay this way unless we make massive changes top to bottom.

Unfortunately I think this board is happy to plod along as is.

And so was tav, not one club wanted either two,

Tarriers signed a right back and punted him for profit after one season in scotland and him being spanked all ways from sunday in europe

Facts are the complete collapses on first two seasons coupled with throwing away the treble to two jobber teams in the title season has poisoned our well,

Would you pay millions for someone like kent, whos stats and medal count are horrific

Unless we get some miracle leadership charge and new fresh major investment I don’t see this rot changing any time soon

We could have easily punted Kent in the summer through agent's work, the point is we choose not to.  There's no way we'd have entertained any offer for Tav anyway, despite it being right to sell him and move on.  We're making the same point but arguing about it, it falls on our inability to move people on when it is right to do so, that lot do, irrespective of their performance in Europe.

It's going to continue unless this board back the manager with a half decent transfer fund this summer. We might get lucky with one or two Bosmans but you need money to add real quality.

Our issue hasn't been funds, it's been individuals.

We've spent the best part of £11m on signings this season who didn't start today. 9 signings this season and we started with just 2 today.
