My dad worked as a merchandiser with both Rangers and celtic (among many other clubs, some may remember Wigan Athletic being a team I'd follow based on the work they did with him). Anyway, my dad would tell me, even pre-2012, the marketing directors and merchandisers etc of both clubs has a mix of Rangers and celtic supporters. Difference now, is that they're stupid enough to be photographed, but it has been the case for years. My position at the football club is technically a new role that was created in order to help support the digital transformation of the club. Being part of the creative concept for the Christmas video, the 2017/18 kit launch and season ticket campaign has been fantastic too. Being a supporter definitely helps.'
