No wingers and Defoe up front against big CBs. How the fuck did he expect the result to go? Not playing our strongest XI against our biggest rivals? Why not? It couldn't have been more publicised how weak they are in the fullback positions yet we didn't line up to try and exploit it. Was he trying to be smart, did he just fuck up, or does he just not know what it takes to win a league? I think all of these things. When we gifted them a goal it was too late to change much as we were always chasing the game and they shut up shop.
