Starting with playing people in the natural positions - If the Wingbacks are to provide the width then they need to start higher up the pitch so they can influence the attack, possible need to go 3 at the back to accommodate this. Ditch the 2 holders - Need to try and incorporate Lawrence on the left as he’s the best option and make a choice from Dessers or Danilo through the middle
Hes dropped points or a LC exit away from the bullet so he needs to be under illusion it’s not working after 4 league games but the alarm bells were ringing in preseason

We have been brought up on the best and now we are discussing cheap options. It is not the way. We can't encourage this mediocrity any longer or it will never stop. We need to appoint a proper manager and back them. Gio had won things as a manager, had a reasonable reputation, was not backed yet did far more with the club than Beale. Things may have gone differently if he had the money Beale had. Our manager is basically a glorified coach we allowed to manage us because he whored himself out to his mates on the board.
We are a big club with European football and need to stop selling ourselves short. We should be looking at proper managers with proven records of either winning trophies or playing proper football. I don't care if we are a stepping stone. If that means we have been successful and get good compensation i'd be delighted. I'd much rather we got millions to lose our manager than pay out yet more compensation for another failed experimental appointment. 

In fairness to Tav - There’s no out ball so he needs to delay the pass or go backwards.
The tactics or lack of are causing the majority of the issues, Kent always stayed high and wide and we knew the switch was on

Well I'm going to do as much as I can, I'm not buying another ticket outside of my season ticket until Beale is away, I'd encourage everyone on here to do the same and encourage other forums to do the same, we all have freedom of choice but if you don't join this the you don't have Rangers at heart. 

Dessers aint playing great tbh but he is getting nothing, those long balls and chasing down defenders. Beale is the problem, the midfield was worse than the front 3. its all down to Beale, he aint getting the best out them individually and collectively. Beale has set us up really really poor and the players are suffering. The board wont sack him but if he wants to keep his job he is going to have to make changes.
